Wilson Reporting Agency is located in beautiful Chattanooga, and has provided court reporting services throughout the state for more than 30 years. Honesty, integrity, and dependability are the pillars of our reputation.

Wilson Reporting Agency proudly takes the position that current Tennessee law continues to prohibit deposition testimony being taken by a person who has a contractual relationship with a person or entity interested in the outcome of the litigation or a contractual relationship with a person or entity who may be ultimately responsible for payment of the court reporting services. This Agency believes that is the safest course for our clients, as failure to consider that interpretive guidance could render depositions taken in contravention of it void.
